Parson is a proven leader with diverse professional experiences in both the public and private sectors ranging from healthcare finance and crisis management to complex operations and strategy. A frequent speaker on issues ranging from healthcare and patient financial experience to women’s leadership, current events and lifestyle, she is the founder of Watson & Sturdivant LLC, an advisory firm that provides consulting, coaching and other professional services across multiple sectors.

For over 20 years, she has been actively involved in local politics across four states in both the southeast and the northeast regions of the country. Parson is a frequent guest contributor to both print and voice media, as well as a political analyst, an advisor, and a consumer health advocate. In 2012, she cofounded a not-for-profit in Boston that grew to over 3,000 members within three years, and she’s a longtime youth mentor. Raised in North Carolina, Parson has lived in New England and engaged with her community for over a decade.
